Ski Stand

Well constructed. Great way to organize our skis

I came upon this stand searching online and decided it looked great, worth the purchase. Before it arrived a friend showed up with one of his own and loves it! Next winter will see it in use but I am optimistic it is gonna be great.

Easy assembly, stable and solid, nice looking, materials are ski base friendly.

Tom has clearly paid close attention to detail in crafting a great stand that has greatly improved my home ski prep setup.

For example, the slot spacing and sizing is just right to allow enough play to reach between and around skis when pulling them in or out, but at the same time keep the skis from knocking into each other. As a further touch, the slots in the top plate are slightly wider to make it easier to feed the ski tail back into them, while the bottom slots are narrower to better constrain the ski. As a result, this stand doesn't just hold a lot of skis, but makes it possible to quickly and securely rotate through which skis you're working on. I greatly appreciate that it was carefully designed with real work in mind, not just storage.

On top of that, the construction quality is top notch, assembly is easy, and it will easily disassemble for flat storage in summer. Tom has done the nordic ski community a great service here!
